The American Yoga Foundation is a non-profit organization, whose board of directors and members donate their services without financial compensation. The American Yoga Foundation is dedicated to presenting Hathaway Alignment Sessions a natural form of breathing and alignment work developed over 50 years by Monica and Harmon Hathaway.

Mind body orientation, meditation classes and presentation of mindfulness practice.

The facilities were built by the board of directors and members. The board maintains the property by donating there time and money. In the past we have received private donations from individual sponsorship and several small foundations. The foundation is dependent upon donations for the continuation of this work.
