The Veil
Awake, this morning,
inwardly life suggests itself.
I am here for you, each object tells a tale, thoughts fly
in all directions, glad they are with love.
Dwelling on the thinness of the veil,
Its here! Glide, slide from one to the other
Imperceptibly, it has always been.
Hitting the road to
destiny's chore,
a book, need a book, there is Kabir.
Pausing, the summer morning
pulls my eyes to
Green shapes and forms all smiling.
They suggest “I am here for you” and I know all is well
on the other side of the veil.
