    By using the straight forward path of examining the primaries of alignment we can bring into focus observable elements as we are working with our body. Resonating with nature’s design of the human structure, we grow. The proofs are in the intuitive senses which this makes for our body, as we feel it.

    The natural progression of the ABC’s blends with the arch, breath, and the three C’s of chin, cervical vertebra (the last seven bones of the upper spine) and the crown chakra. With these tools we can key our physical alignment.

    In this way our external actions display what is true for us in the moment. This is evident in the child who gives you everything as it is happening in the physical. Examining our blue prints, or patterning then becomes the project that we can physically observe comfortably. We observe, we are excited by an idea manifesting in us, we feel the excitement of growth potentials that spring from a vision of what is possible, we tap into the doors of perception that serve the real and we access the real.

Working to fulfill our basic needs, which Tony Robbins lists as:

1. Comfort
2. Variety
3. Significance
4. Love
5. Growth
6. Contribution

Our living space becomes more orderly.

    Thus the benefit of directional keys for the body that allow us to trust the physical experience, what ever that is, and to be with our breath and the body in a fuller relationship.

Pieces falling into Place.

    Pieces fall into place and both peace and love settle in to the spaces of the body. The breath leads the way for the particles of nature to interact. Growth is assured and one feels resonate with the changing tides of the play in space.

    We are both the achievement and the nightmare of existent. The self-correcting mechanisms can be severely tested as we evolve on our physical journey in time and space. Then some one says “Death is our friend” fear evaporates and the pieces fall into place.

    Active life situations like sitting, standing and walking provide a variety of ways that we can become more comfortable with the dynamic processes of the body. In this fashion we can use what ever is happening as an awareness exercise that can fashion a stable centering device within us. Basic Mindfulness practice is what we bring to the active situation. The practice becomes performance the more this awareness is taken up and put into action. As many Buddhists have said ‘the wheel slows down’ and kindness takes the place of agitation.

    The sitting position can be a most productive episode. I spend so much time at the computer using what I have learned from my body. I can’t avoid it anymore because; it beats the compaction of having the body folded up on itself, especially for long periods of time. A glance at people sitting in public performances or at working stations will give us an idea of how the structure of the body is not being handled in an aware fashion. Observing the college students at a class I took on computer techniques, I could only feel, as I observed the behavior of many sitting at the computer, this will lead to many physical problems down the road.

    The mindfulness of sitting with breath and using the principles of alignment gives us a somatical tool for breaking some conditioning elements that we have absorbed through the cultural ideas about body.

    This Session on sitting is useful to work with for bringing the structure to its harmonic resonance with time. All the benefits of our awareness lining up with the “hundred thousand miracles a happening every day”.

Friday March 4 am

    I met a lady, Numismatic, who served me well with knowledge and understanding that is present in her field. Now it is time to move on with the mission of living the physical life, embodied with knowledge of itself.

    While unraveling the personal MOM,** map of meaning, as it plays out in space, revelation continues a dance to destiny’s song. Honestly, we are all heavens children coming home. Gentleness is our carriage, while the angels of the present manifestation help us along.

    There is nothing wrong with the child, the innocent. Rather, the information systems that we live by, the blueprints, if you will, need adjustments based on fresh data. When the post-post-modern information influences the present data, at the current speed of communication, we are in touch with the ascending energy of nature or being. It is the informational changes that alter the actions which produce results. Another way of looking at treating and cleaning the innocence of our basic nature can be processing with the brilliant findings of our fellow beings as they fashion effective and efficient process for awakening.
